Who I Am
I work with people who feel stuck in pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries — often despite “doing all the right things”.
My approach to rehabilitation looks beyond symptoms. I pay close attention to breathing patterns, posture, movement habits, and how the body distributes load from the ground up. Many issues begin not at the painful area, but at places where support or coordination has quietly dropped away.
Through a combination of manual therapy, targeted rehabilitation exercises, and movement education, I help clients reconnect with their bodies and rebuild trust in movement.
Rehabilitation should feel clear, logical, and empowering — not confusing or exhausting.
That is the standard I work by.
